With 3 townhomes already under contract, this project has created quite the buzz in River Run Village. Keystone’s first new walk to lift development in the last 15 years will feature 3 and 4 bedroom duplexes with 2-car garages and boasts walking distance to the gondola and River Run shops and dining. Barton Creek Reserve
Barton Creek Reserve is a rare opportunity to own 1+/- acre parcels within Breckenridge town limits. Stunning views as well as city water and utilities make this an amazing value for those who want to build their dream in Breckenridge.

I am an Indiana transplant with a love of the mountain lifestyle and all things Colorado. Summit County has been my home for 11 years, and will continue to be for years to come.
After working for Vail, Inc. for 2 years upon my introduction to Summit County, I worked a year in New Zealand to expand my knowledge of the ski and resort industry.
When I returned to Colorado in 2007, I started working in an administrative role for Slifer Smith & Frampton. I spent the next 8 years in this role and worked in almost all of the Summit County locations; Frisco, Breckenridge and ultimately landed in Keystone. During my 8 years as administrative support and personal assistant to several brokers, I have had the opportunity to learn the gamut of all of the systems used; from marketing, to training new admin, to contracts and closing.
I offer a unique perspective in serving my clientele since I have been involved in so many roles within the company. I have personally invested in property throughout the county and know the area like the back of my hand. I study inventory daily and keep myself informed on market trends and cutting edge technology to buy and sell real estate in Summit County. My focus is client centered and I work to ensure the people I work with achieve an outcome they would reccomend to their family and friends.
I have a great love of the outdoors. I snowboard, ski and snowshoe. I also enjoy the amazing summer recreation Summit offers; mountain biking, hiking with my Puggle, Sparks, camping and stand up paddle boarding. I strive to incorporate this enthusiasm and go getter attitude into buying and selling real estate in Summit County. I believe this lifestyle nurtures a higher quality of life, and of all the places I’ve travelled I’m so happy I call Summit County my home and bring this passion and sense of community in helping my clients find their happy place.
